What is a medium-term rental

A medium-term rental is a furnished rental that houses guests for two to three months. The tenants are often traveling professionals like nurses, utility workers, or other seasonal workers. By housing guests for more than 30 days, investors have higher cash flow than long-term tenants and allow investors to satisfy short-term housing regulations.

Where’s the best market for this strategy

When analyzing a market, look at things concentration of hospitals, large utility projects, headquarters of large companies, and other entities that that might have traveling professionals.
