Does every property qualify?
Most properties do, so long as they have a full-time property manager and a minimum monthly rent of $1,000 and up to $3,000. So, if the rent is $3,500 you would be compensated only up to $3,000. Single family and multi-family up to 20 units are covered, but not commercial properties.
What happens if a claim is denied?
If a claim is denied, you will receive a detailed explanation, and we can work with you to review the process. In some cases, appeals can be made based on specific policy terms.
